Working with Projects
Projects (under Workspace → Projects) group everything that belongs to one research effort: chats, files, outputs, charts, memory and team members.
- Project instructions - describe the project’s goal and conventions, and the Copilot will follow them in every chat attached to the project. Instructions can also be imported from a file.
- Context files vs. outputs - context files are indexed and searchable by the assistant; outputs are generated results that are stored but not searched.
- Promote from chat - files produced in a conversation can be saved to the project, with an optional approval workflow for pending promotions.
- Memory - the project keeps track of key decisions and findings across conversations.
- Members - invite colleagues with different roles; Algora warns you before adding members from outside your organization.
Projects can be archived and restored at any time.
Notes: save and export your research
Notes let you turn Copilot answers into polished, reusable documents. Save any answer as a note, then find it under Workspace → Notes.
Each note has a markdown editor with a table of contents, a title and tags. From a note you can:
- Jump back to the source conversation.
- Export to PDF, Word or Markdown, using the document themes configured in your preferences.
- Share it via a read-only public link.
- Delete it when it is no longer needed.
