Open your account settings via the profile icon in the top-right corner, then Account Settings. Under Profile you can update your first and last name, username, country, city and timezone, and upload an avatar.

Under Security you can change your password or disable your account.

You can change your password anytime in your Account Settings:

1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of Algora.

2. Select Account Settings and open the Security tab.

3. Enter your new password and confirm by clicking Update.

If you experience any issues while updating your password, please contact us at info@algora.lu.

Every account has a daily and a monthly usage allowance. You can track both under Account → Usage, including a countdown until the next reset and a chart of your daily consumption over the current month.

When a limit is reached, Algora tells you right away: daily limits reset automatically, and if you regularly hit your monthly limit, contact us at info@algora.lu to increase it.

The bell icon in the top-right corner opens your notification center. You are notified when analysts start, complete or fail, when someone shares an analyst with you, when a scheduled run is created or skipped, when a template is ready, when the Copilot is waiting for your answer to a clarifying question, and when you approach or reach your usage limits.

Notifications can be opened, marked as read, or deleted. View All Activity opens the full activity log with your complete history.

Account Settings → Preferences groups the options that personalize Algora:

• Connectors - link external services such as your brokerage.

• News - choose preferred news sources and up to 60 topics for your feed.

• Themes - design the export themes used when notes and documents are exported to PDF, Word or PowerPoint, and pick your default.

• Models - view your default AI model; accounts with the multi-model add-on can change it.

Algora is a fully web-based platform and supports both dark mode and light mode for optimal viewing comfort - toggle it in the top navigation bar.

You can also:

• Switch to full-screen mode at any time with the icon in the top-right corner.

• Resize the two workspace panels, or hide the chat panel entirely.

• Use the microphone button to dictate your questions instead of typing.

• Use the interface in English, French, German or Luxembourgish.
